Well, the secret ingredient in my holistic brain care approach is a combination of not just nutrition and exercise, but also neuroscience and neuro-yoga. It's a broad spectrum approach to stimulate your nervous system and optimize brain activity.

Sprinkled with a bit of energy work, life coaching, and - yes - healthy routine building, my 3-month NeuroBalance Mastery program will not just boost your physical and mental agility but enable you to you rebalance and resculpt your brain. Once you’ve optimized the blood and nutrition flow to your brain, and reestablished the natural rhythms of your body, your brain fog will clear, leading you to a place of absolute clarity and endless possibilities to start adventures you’ve never even dreamed about.

For me that was starting my own business as a coach and mentor despite being a working mom of 2. I’ve developed the physical and mental capacities to keep my cool when chaos strikes, to make smart-hearted decisions finally turning me from a people-pleasing perfectionist into a real role model for my girls.

We will start by assessing your current brain status and reconnecting you with your values and goals, so you know EXACTLY what your starting point is, what you need, and where you wanna go. It’s your personal roadmap for the upcoming weeks and the beginning of you sculpting your own mind. Because if you don’t know your WHYs you’ll never get your WHAT.

After the first month, you will have a clear roadmap, a very personal schedule for the rest of the program - YOUR BRAIN BALANCE PLAN. It‘ll take into account your brain activity levels, your needs, goals, and of course your current circumstances in life.

With all the foundations laid, you will return to the natural rhythms of your brain and use neuro-hacks to make sure you can put your roadmap into consistent action with a flexible set of brain power routines. And no, these routines won’t feel like another item on your endless to-do list. Because my blueprint will make it EASY for you to actually stick with them and FALL IN LOVE with the journey. No more fighting, no more pulling-through.

Throughout the NeuroBalance Mastery you will be introduced to try different tools that’ll help you to rebalance your hormones/neurotransmitters, optimize the blood & CSF flow to your brain, and recalibrate your nervous system - a real kickstart to activate your full self-healing powers, so that after 3 months, your brain fog will be a thing of the past.

Along the way we will strengthen your mind-body connection with biofeedback exercises and brain+gut-healthy nutrition tailored to your individual brain activity state, allowing for a truly holistic experience with a lasting impact.

We’re all so busy rushing through our lives, crossing items off our checklists that we tend to develop blind spots about whats actually weighting heavy on our hearts and minds causing chronic stress and thus physically harming our brains. With a person looking at it from the "outside" it's often easier to identify those blind spots and find a solution that you can implement immediately.

Once I am convinced that my strategy will work for you, I will show you how our collaboration might look like exactly.

My vision is to create awareness and new understanding of self-love for our marvellous brains leading us into a self-determined, healthy life full of possibilities and purpose - no matter our physical age.
